Getting outside is for everyone, no matter what your fitness and ability level is. However, a certain level of fitness does make it significantly easier to enjoy certain areas of the outdoors. Especially in Colorado where there are plenty of challenges including elevation, difficult terrain, and steep trails just to name a few.

We have multiple options to help you work on your fitness whether your goal is to get up the more challenging terrain, stay outside longer, alleviate joint pain while you are recreating, and so much more. Online Workouts
Access our SugarWOD online gym to get workouts right on your phone! We have daily workouts posted to the online gym on SugarWOD with 4 options to choose from each day. Ranging from beginner to intermediate with traditional gym workouts and outdoor/at home workouts, there is an option that will work for you every day.

Whether you live outside the Southwest Denver Metro Area, or are our next door neighbors, this is a great option to have daily access to workouts that will make a difference in your outdoor adventures.

Fitness Classes
Join us for in person fitness classes! Get the encouragement, coaching, and inspiration you need to crush your workout and take another step toward your fitness goals. Classes are broken down into beginner, intermediate and advanced level training so you can find the class that fits where you are in your fitness journey.

We are currently on the hunt for locations to run our fitness classes. If you have a space we can workout in, or know of someone who does, we would appreciate your help in getting this opportunity up and running for our GeesE community. Yoga Classes
Yoga is an incredible practice that can provide many benefits to your outdoor adventure. From increased strength and flexibility, to breath control, managing or even relieving joint pain, and improved body awareness and confidence, practicing yoga regularly can significantly improve your own sustainability in experiencing the outdoors. Yoga practices with GeesE focus on movement for outdoor adventure, increasing the benefit to your expeditions even more than regular yoga classes.
